For three generations, PHB Inc. General Contractors has been building trust alongside beautiful spaces in our community. Our story began in 1963 when C.C. "Toby" Burris, Jr. established Phillips Home Builders with a vision to deliver exceptional home and light commercial construction services.
In 1993, Danny Burris took the reins from his father, rebranding as PHB Inc.-General Contractors while maintaining the core values that made us a trusted name in construction. Today, we continue to build on this legacy, offering comprehensive construction services that range from high-end residential projects to commercial developments.
